Commission Queue and Waiting List Information:
Each one of my commission batches have 10 slots (sometimes more). Once all of these slots are completely filled at once, my commissions close until the entire batch is completed. However, if you are interested in purchasing a commission from me while the current batch is full, you can be added to the waiting list. This does not guarantee that you will be put into the next batch. Once a new batch is made, I will attend to my waiting list first and message them to see if they are still interested, or if I am interested. If I do not have anyone on the waiting list, or if I have some more batch slots open, I will accept quotes from anyone. When I'm going through my commission batch, I choose RANDOMLY depending on what I feel like drawing on a specific day. Some days, I feel like drawing a simple character, other days, more complex designs, etc. Please keep this in mind! This also means that no matter when you bought your commission, this does NOT determine when your commission will be completed. I have a max due date of 2 months after the commission was purchased, so please know that your order completion will be RANDOM. Once again, it is ENTIRELY random due to my bias. But don't fret, I will make sure your commission will be done in a month's time, usually less!

Commission Completion Times:
My artwork completion times are set at 2 months during my school year, and 1 month during summer. If any issues arise that will cause setbacks and delays, I will let my commissioners know immediately. I am not a robot, and I have many other things to attend to, such as school work. Please keep this in mind when you are commissioning! If I know when I'm going to be completely busy, I will post the exact dates in which I will not be working on anything to prevent any inconvenience. You are in fact able to message me at any time with any questions or concerns you have before or during the commission process. I certainly don't mind! I will also make sure to give you any updates whenever I can.

Art Trade Queue Information:
First off, I do NOT do art trades with non-mutuals, unless I specifically ask one to do a trade. My art trade queue is almost exactly like my commission one, with just a few differences. For art trades, I choose RANDOMLY in the queue depending on what I feel like drawing, just like commissions. However, when the opposite party has already finished their side of the trade, that BOOSTS their priority and they are attended to first. Unlike commissions, art trades also don’t have a set due date for completion. It all depends when I as well as the opposite party complete the halves of the trade. Also, when I finish my half of an art trade, the opposite party is EXPECTED to get their half done as soon as they can. Putting off the trade for months on end with little to no progress/feedback will result in me BLACKLISTING you from doing business with me in the future.

Hybrid Trade Information:
Because I do not accept art trades from non-mutuals, the only way to pay in art is to do a hybrid trade with me. A hybrid trade is where if you are a few dollars short of purchasing a commission from me, you may make up that last part of payment with artwork you create for me. Type of artwork will vary depending on how much money is due. Keep in mind I only start a commission once I receive full payment, so don't expect me to make any progress on your commission before you finish your artwork payment.
Information Regarding Reference Sheets:
When commissioning or art trading with me, it is required that you show me a clear reference sheet/photo of the character you would like drawn. I will NOT accept descriptions, as well as a shaded drawing that makes it hard to see the base colors of the character. I have the right to decline a photo if I feel it is too complicated to understand. Also, it is EXTREMELY important for you to state if your character is feminine or masculine. Gender itself doesn't matter as much as the actual physique of the character (ex. male with feminine body type) as physique determines how the OC will be drawn, but it is important to tell me the gender as well IF it is not stated on the reference sheet/photo! This will make sure that mistakes and assumptions don't happen. Trust me, I have misgendered OCs many times due to lack of information, resulting in unhappy clients! It is your character, so it is your responsibility to tell me what the gender of your OC is upon doing business with me.

Username Information:
If by any chance you change your username/email while doing business with me, you MUST notify me IMMEDIATELY. If you do not tell me that you changed your username, I will most likely not be able to find you and contact you. It is extremely important we keep in touch! A quick message stating you changed your user, and telling me your old user is all that's needed.

Payment:
Once I receive full payment, I will begin on your commission. I do not accept refunds PERIOD. I'm in need of money, and it inconveniences me and wastes my time when I have to find a way to give it back. DO NOT commission me if you think you're gonna need your money later! Please be 100% certain when doing business with me. It is not my fault that you chose to commission me, so please be wise.

Shipment:
If you are purchasing a hard copy or traditional badge, there's a few quick things to know. First off, there is always a printing (if applicable) and shipment tax added to the original drawing cost. Also, I ONLY ship within the United States, and any international addresses will not be accepted. So, if you DO NOT live in the US, I'm unable to give you the hard copy/traditional badge option.
If you have any further questions, please message me!
